Digital products
All Lutcraft products are digital downloads (LUT packs and presets), delivered instantly after purchase. Because the full product is delivered the moment you download it, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
When we do refund
We will always refund or fix your order if something is actually wrong:
- Duplicate purchase — you accidentally bought the same pack twice.
- Faulty files — corrupt or incomplete downloads that our support cannot resolve.
- Not as described — the pack materially differs from what the product page promises.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase for any of the above.
EU & UK customers
As the products are digital content delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the download or delivery begins, as agreed at checkout. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected.

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
