Presets
What are presets?
Our presets are carefully curated settings that work their magic on your images in Adobe Lightroom or Camera Raw. With a single click your photos are transformed to the desired aesthetic. They’re not just a one-click fix though — think of them as a creative launching pad you can tailor to your own vision.
What software supports these preset packs?
Lightroom Mobile, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC, Photoshop and Camera RAW. Each pack also bundles LUTs, so the same look extends to most video editing software too.
How do I install the presets?
After purchase you receive a comprehensive installation guide that walks you through the setup process step by step.
Will these presets work on every image in one click?
They’re a fantastic starting point, but one-click results depend on the image and your creative vision. Many of the sample photos were edited with a single click, but some images benefit from small adjustments like exposure and white balance. Results also vary with the camera used and its settings.
What file types are supported?
All image file types work, but the presets are optimised for RAW files. JPEGs or compressed formats may give lower-quality results. Some presets use the new Adobe Color Profile, which may not be compatible with JPEGs or older versions of the software.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because LUTs and presets are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. That said, if a file doesn’t work or you didn’t get what you expected, get in touch at [email protected] within 14 days and we’ll figure out a fair fix. We care more about happy customers than the technicality of a refund policy.
Can I use these presets and LUTs commercially?
Yes. Your purchase covers personal and commercial use on any project you own or are paid to deliver. The only thing we ask is that you don’t resell, redistribute or bundle the files into your own pack for sale. Everything else — paid client work, social posts, YouTube monetisation — is fair game.
LUTs & video
What is a LUT?
A LUT (Look Up Table) is essentially a formula that transforms the colours of your footage — like applying a filter to video. Ours provide a foundational color grade. Because a LUT applies the same transformation uniformly to all footage, it helps to match your shots for exposure, contrast and white balance first. The higher the quality of your source footage, the better the result.
What programs are these LUTs compatible with?
Anything that accepts .CUBE files: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Sony Vegas, Filmora and Capture One, plus mobile apps like LumaFusion and VideoLUT for iOS.
Are these LUTs compatible with my camera?
They’re built for footage captured in a Natural, Neutral or Rec.709 colour profile, so they work across a broad range of cameras, scenes and lighting conditions. Each LUT is tested across diverse scenarios.
Can I apply these LUTs to LOG footage?
Our creative LUTs are made for Rec.709 and are intentionally kept separate from the LOG-to-Rec.709 conversion, which gives you maximum flexibility when grading. First convert your LOG footage using your camera maker’s conversion LUT, balance it, then apply ours for the creative look.
Do these LUTs work with iPhone Apple Log video?
Yes. Newer iPhone Pro models (15 Pro, 16 Pro) can record Apple Log in ProRes. Convert from Apple Log to Rec.709 using Apple’s official conversion LUT (or DaVinci Resolve’s built-in transform) and our LUTs apply cleanly. CINEMA and DARK DREAMS are particularly popular with iPhone filmmakers.
Do these LUTs work with DJI drone D-Log footage?
Yes. The DRONE pack is built specifically for D-Log footage from DJI drones (Mavic, Air, Inspire, Phantom) and includes a clean D-Log to Rec.709 conversion plus 20 creative looks. CINEMA and DARK DREAMS can also be layered on top of converted Rec.709 footage from any drone.
What’s the difference between a LUT and a preset?
A preset is a saved set of adjustments for Lightroom and only works on still images. A LUT (.CUBE file) is a colour transformation that works on video in editors like Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut and LumaFusion. We include both formats in most packs, so the same look works across your photos and videos.
How fast do I get my download after purchase?
Instant. The moment your payment goes through you’ll get an email with the download links plus a how-to-install PDF. The links also stay in your account on Lutcraft, so you can re-download anytime without losing access if you switch computers.
